Terms & Conditions 

  • Payment: All bulk orders must be prepaid in full at the time of placing the order.
  • Pricing: The prices quoted for our products are Ex-Works (EXW), New Delhi, India. This means the price does not include shipping costs, customs duties, or any additional taxes that may be assessed upon delivery.
  • Shipping: We partner with trusted international carriers to handle your shipment. Shipping charges will be calculated and billed separately once your order is ready to ship. You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon arrival in your country.
  • Returns: Due to the special pricing offered on bulk orders, we cannot accept returns for these items. All sales are final.
  • Samples: If you are interested in receiving a product sample before placing a large order, please inquire with our team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
