Refund Policy – Edible Products

We take care to deliver fresh, high-quality products. Due to the nature of our food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is delivered, except in cases of damage or wrong item received.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund within 3 working days.

 

Refund Policy – Home Linen & Utilities 

We ensure our linens are carefully checked before shipping. Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the item is received in an unusable condition or if you receive an incorrect 
product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund once our quality team approves. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and labels.
  • Accompanied by a copy of your original invoice and transaction details.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll happily issue a full refund to your original payment method.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items on sale or purchased at a discount.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • International orders.

How to Initiate A Return

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via phone or email with your order ID.

Confirmation: We’ll confirm your return request and guide you through the next steps, including arranging for a free pickup of the item.

Package Your Item: Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and the invoice.

If a pickup can't be arranged in your area, you can ship the item to us using a courier of your choice, and we will reimburse you for the shipping costs.

Once your request is eligible for refund, we shall refund the same within 3 working days.
